DQSA and Cluster Computing

DQSA and Cluster Computing Diagram

DQSA Provides Ideal Performance for Cluster Computing:

  1. Global Operations: DQSA supports many-to-one and one-to-many.
  2. Fairness: DQSA ensures that resources are shared equally without intervention.
  3. Short Messaging: DQSA efficiently supports single packet transfer to one or more computers.
  4. Efficient Multicast/BroadCast: DQSA supports multicast/broadcast at no extra cost.
  5. Channels: Dynamic allocation of fixed-bandwidth channels between any two nodes.
  6. Low Latency: DQSA passive fiber network has a latency that is close to the propagation delay; unlimited number of nodes with minimal increase in latency.

No existing product supports more than two of the above. The dominant product, Ethernet switching, supports only one.
